How it's made

Introduced by King Charles II, and popularised by King Edward VII while he was Prince of Wales, the waistcoat still offers a ‘finishing touch’ to an outfit. Ours has been made to match our black signature business suit but will look equally at sharp with a pair of jeans and black gingham shirt.

The finer points

  • The ideal weight of wool (super 110s) has been used to complete a ‘3 piece’ look without creating bulk under the suit jacket
  • The 5 button front gives a modern look, allowing you to perform the de rigueur task of unbuttoning the last button without altering the line of the garment.
  • The luxury pale blue Cupro back  gives a stylish back view as well as letting you easily don and remove a suit jacket
