Stock permitting, we will deliver your order within 5 working days or within 7-10 working days for any garment that requires alteration or monogramming. We also offer UK next day delivery*.

We do our best to dispatch orders on the day of receipt, but please be aware that our factory is closed at the weekends and during very busy periods or bank holidays – your order may take a little longer.

Due to the high level of online fraud, for your benefit as well as ours – all orders are security checked. If you are new to Savile Row and wish to have an order dispatched to an address other than your billing address, we may contact you via a letter to the billing address – before shipment can take place.
We do our best to ensure that international orders arrive within 7 -14 working days (depending on destination) from dispatch. Please allow a further 5 days if a garment requires monogramming or alteration.

International online fraud is a concern for us and our customers. As such, all orders are security checked. If you are new to Savile Row, we can only accept a first order where the billing and delivery address are the same.
Although funds may be reserved on your credit/debit card when placing your order – we do not take the funds until we know we have fulfilled the order and the goods have been dispatched. The only exception is if you have chosen to order via PayPal as they automatically deduct funds when the order is placed. We will only levy one postal charge per order no matter how many parcels we send to you.

Our 3 month 'No Quibble' Guarantee means that if you are not entirely satisfied with your goods, you may return them for an exchange or refund. Please see our Guarantee  page for further details. We also offer a Free Returns Service for our UK customers.

If an item is out of stock or if there is a further delay, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss suitable alternatives and whether you still want to progress with the order.

*Next Day delivery can only be applied to UK orders. Next Day orders must be placed before 2pm and have passed our security check. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday only and will require a signature on receipt. Please note that we cannot accept Next Day delivery if you require alterations or monogramming.

Deliveries will be made by our couriers to the address displayed on the label.

If you know you are not going to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery, you can choose to nominate a neighbour to receive the order on your behalf, please leave a signed note for the courier with the waybill number (obtainable by contacting our Call Centre) and the address where you want the order to be delivered to. This will act as an authorisation to the courier to leave the order with your neighbour.

Our goods normally arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, however from time to time problems may occur. If your order has not arrived, please contact our Customer Services Department on 028 7946 5005 between 9am-6:30pm Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday and 11am to 6pm Sunday.
